Meet the founder.
Maurielle Stewart is sort of like the Iyanla Vanzant of politics and the Ted Lasso of executive coaching. As a graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland and an internationally credentialed Associate Coach, she has a unique suite of public-sector perspective that equips her to deal with all sorts of unique organizational challenges.
Her career has taken her to the House of Representatives as a constituent liaison, NASA as an Obama Administration appointee, the Office of the Prince George’s County Executive as an operations manager, the Town of Cheverly as a councilmember, Ashoka as a project manager, 2U as a leadership coach, and Baker & Navarro for Maryland as the deputy campaign manager and organizational development lead.
Maurielle believes organizational output and wellness are not mutually exclusive. She wants to coach leaders and build teams that are sustained by empathy and kindness.
